Best puppy food out there, what are y’all using?

Just got a new pup and IDK what food to give him yet. I saw so many options at the store and it’s kinda overwhelming :sweat_smile:. I know they need diff stuff from adult dogs, but like… how do you even know what’s good?? Anyone tried those subscription ones or should I just grab something from Target?

I use Puppy Chow Complete with Chicken & Rice for my lil guy. It’s approved by AAFCO and not too pricey. Got it from Target. Works great so far.

It’s for all sizes! That’s why I picked it. My friend has a big dog and uses it too.

If your pup has a sensitive stomach, go for Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach. It has probiotics and real meat. Helped mine a lot.

Yep, that’s the one. Lasts a while tho. Totally worth it if your pup’s tummy acts up.

Helps their digestion! Especially when they’re still adjusting to food changes.

Anyone tried those human-grade ones like Nom Nom or The Farmer’s Dog? I’m thinking of getting something more natural.

Yeah, I tried Nom Nom Now. It’s vet-approved and made fresh. You fill out a quiz and they send it based on your dog’s details. Kinda fancy lol.

It starts around $3/day for small breeds. There’s also a $15 sample pack you can try first.

The Farmer’s Dog is a bit cheaper than Nom Nom. Starts at $2/day and also makes custom meals. Still not super cheap tho.

Wellness Complete Health Puppy Food is :fire:. First ingredient is deboned chicken and it’s got salmon oil too. My pup’s coat looks amazing since I started using it.

Amazon or Chewy usually. Sometimes in pet stores too.

If you want wet food, Merrick Grain-Free Puppy Plate is nice. Has real chicken, turkey, and veggies. No weird stuff.

I use Nutro wet food with the beef, peas, and carrots. Love that it’s non-GMO and easy to serve. No more messy fridge tins :sweat_smile:

Oh yeah! Those containers are super convenient. I hate scooping out half-used cans lol.
