Ways to help animals this holiday season?

Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking about ways to give back this holiday season and figured helping animals would be a great way to do it. There are so many options, volunteering at shelters, donating food or blankets, even just sharing info about local rescues. Anyone else planning on doing something for animals this year?

Yeah, I always try to donate supplies to my local shelter. They need blankets, food, and toys the most. It’s an easy way to help!

Good call! Do you just drop the stuff off, or do they have a wishlist somewhere?

I love the idea of fostering! Some rescues need short-term fosters just to give pets a break from the shelter.

Omg yes! I fostered a dog for a few weeks last year and it was the best. Hard to say goodbye, but totally worth it.

Anyone know if donating money or supplies is better?

Depends! Shelters always need money for vet bills, but supplies like food and blankets help a ton too. Both are great!

If you’re hosting a holiday party, ask guests to bring pet food or old blankets to donate. Makes giving back easy!

Don’t forget about the pets you already have! A cozy night in with extra belly rubs counts too lol.
