Right now, I really wish there were more ways to disguise pills better so my stubborn cat would actually take them…
It’s probably impossible, but I really wish I could talk to my pets and they would understand me. I always hear people say things like, “I’d ask my pet what their favorite treats are and tell them I love them!” and I think, ‘I just want to tell my dog that no, she doesn’t need to protect us from the pizza guy!’ I bet she’d still argue with me though 
A self-cleaning water bowl and a grooming drone would be amazing!
Affordable vet care. That would make everything so much easier.
