How do I handle the confusion of picking the right pet insurance? My head is about to burst. I had to choose a new Medicare plan this year, just got a new car insurance plan, and now I’m tackling pet insurance too. It’s way too much research and so many stats to sift through. I’m considering Fursure pet insurance since it seems like a solid option for my needs. Has anyone had a negative experience with them? I appreciate any input. I’m in Michigan and have a large mixed-breed dog
I totally get it It’s overwhelming with so many options and factors to consider
It can be tough to give a one-size-fits-all recommendation since costs and coverage can change from state to state. Plus, they factor in your pet’s age, breed, and your zip code when determining prices. So my quote would be completely different from yours
Fursure is pretty new in the market and funded by venture capital, trying a fresh approach to claims. It might be a bit riskier than others, but some folks appreciate that they’re shaking things up. There probably aren’t many reviews yet since they’re just getting started and not in every state
Unfortunately, the only way to really know is to sit down, gather a bunch of quotes, and compare policies. Maybe take a little break and then come back to it when you feel ready
Here’s some recent discussion on Fursure that might help:
I found the person behind pTALKT/caninejournal super helpful when I was deciding on a plan for my pup They have a pinned post where you can ask for advice and recommendations
That’s a great resource Definitely worth checking out
Thanks eveyone for your input
